RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy
Every item you purchase at Looptworks is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If within 30 days you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return unworn and unwashed merchandise for a full refund, credit or exchange it for a different size or color. If return is greater than 30 days of purchase you may return for a credit or exchange.

Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange your item for a different size or color. Exchange is subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.

How to return

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization number. You may receive a Return Authorization number by calling customer service at 877-216-3074 (M-F 9am-5pm PST) or by sending an email to returns@looptworks.com with the following information:
    • Name
    • Order ID Number
    • Phone Number
    • Specify whether you would like an exchange, refund or credit.
  2. When the item(s) are ready to be shipped, please write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping package, so that we will be able to process your return.
  3. Please ship using a standard shipping carrier to obtain tracking and to insure your package. LooptWorks is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
Please allow up to three weeks to process your return.

All Looptworks products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with one of our products or does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it or request a replacement. Guarantee applies when the product is used for the purpose intended and not against every day wear and tear, modification, or improper use and care.
