Processing:
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, via UPS. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing prior to shipment.

Order tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from UPS Quantum View Notify containing the tracking number for your shipment, along with a link to check the current status.

PO Boxes:
UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes unless the complete, physical address of the building housing your PO box is provided in your shipping address.

APO / FPO:
We are not currently shipping to APO / FPO addresses.

International orders:
Customers will be responsible for all applicable import duties and taxes for orders shipping outside of The United States.

Sales Tax:
California sales tax of 8.75% will be applied to all orders shipping to California addresses.
