At Looptworks, sustainability isn’t just a goal — it’s our purpose. Every day, we work to reduce textile waste and build systems that keep materials in use. This March, we celebrate B Corp Month and reflect on 13 years of impact as a Certified B Corporation.
First and foremost, being a Certified B Corporation matters. For over a decade, we’ve committed to high social and environmental standards. In addition, we hold ourselves accountable to transparency and long-term value for people and planet — not just profit.
Therefore, B Corp Month gives us a chance to recognize this ongoing journey. Moreover, it highlights businesses that use their power to drive positive change.
Becoming a B Corp wasn’t a one-time achievement. Instead, it marked the start of continuous improvement. Certified by B Lab, companies must meet rigorous standards that assess environmental impact, community engagement, governance, and transparency.
For 13 years, we’ve lived by these values. We focus on reducing textile waste and extending material life. For example, we transform retired airline uniforms into durable products. In addition, we pioneer fiber-to-fiber recycling to prove that waste doesn’t have to be the end of the story.
In this month of celebration, we raise awareness about responsible business practices. Furthermore, we encourage others to join the movement. Consumers can support companies that align with their values. In other words, they choose businesses that actively work to build a healthier planet and a more equitable economy.
Finally, we invite you to learn more about the B Corp movement and its impact. For instance, explore what B Corp certification means. Also, consider how your choices influence the world around you. Together, we can demonstrate that business can—and should—be a force for good.
We’d love to hear from you!
